Week one: the street
Her first ten orders came from neighbours who had seen her flowers through the window. She did not post anywhere yet.
Weeks two to four: searches
Once her website was up, most new orders came from people searching for a florist near them. Social media brought likes, but searches brought orders.
Week six: a wedding
A customer who had bought a birthday bunch asked if she did weddings. It became her biggest order so far, and the start of a second kind of business.
